I, the undersigned, being aware of my own health and physical condition, and having knowledge that my participation in any exercise program may be injurious to my health, am voluntarily participating in physical activity with Evolution Fitness.

Having such knowledge, I hereby release Evolution Fitness, their representatives, agents and successors from liability for accidental injury or illness, which I may incur as a result of participating in the said physical activity. I hereby assume all risks connected therewith and consent to participate in said program.

I agree to disclose any physical limitations, disabilities, ailments or impairments which may affect my ability to participate in said fitness program.

What is BOOTCAMP?

A fitness boot camp program is a great choice for those who want a kick start to reaching their fitness goals, a refreshing change for those in a “workout rut,” or a new challenge to help reach an even higher level of fitness. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, it is a fun and challenging way to increase your level of fitness.

Here are some results from a 4 week Bootcamp session:

What do you get from boot camp?

* Friendships & Accountability -- Meet some new friends

* Tracking - We recommend on Day 1 and the last day to take your weight & measurements (not mandatory) so we can monitor your progress.  No one will see this information but rather than getting on your scale every day & getting discouraged if you are not seeing results, we will monitor and track these results so you can see your true progress.


* Flexibility - Life happens and sometimes things come up that we cannot make it to boot camp.  Rest assured you will not lose any classes you may have pre-purchased with us!  You can feel free to jump into any other class.  If your schedule changes dramatically, talk with us and we will see how we can accommodate you.

* Unlimited Email Support - Be able to communicate with us when we are not at boot camp!  We will try to answer any questions, offer suggestions or help in any other way we can.
 
Boot Camp Class Schedule (as of May 2, 2013)
 
* Mechanicville ~ Monday, Wednesday & Fridays 5:30-6:30am & Tuesday & Thursday 7:00-8:00pm at Mechanicville Fire Department

* Waterford ~ Monday & Wednesday 6-7pm at Waterford Halfmoon High School

* Colonie ~ Monday & Wednesday 5:30-6:30pm & Saturday 9am at Our Savior Lutheran Church

* Troy ~ Tuesday & Thursday 6-7am & Saturday 7am at Our Lady of Victory Church

* Schaghticoke ~ Tuesday & Thursday 5:30-6:30am at Hoosic Valley Rescue Squad

* Saratoga ~ Tuesday & Thursday 6-7pm at Gavin Park 10 Lewis Drive


Classes are $15 per class or 8 classes for $105, 12 classes for $135, 16 classes for $176 or 20 classes for $210.   Other package discounts available upon request.

Bring an exercise mat & a pair of dumbbells (5lbs for females, 8-10lbs for males)

Referral Program for existing clients --

- Bring a friend to class; your class is FREE (your friend is still the drop in rate of $15).
- If your friend buys a class package of 8 classes, you will receive 2 classes for FREE.
- If your friend buys a class package of 12 classes, you will receive 3 classes for FREE.
- If your friend buys a class package of 16 classes, you will receive 4 classes for FREE.
- If your friend buys a class package of 20 classes, you will receive 5 classes for FREE.
